Four tiers, each serving a different kind of person in your community:

• Vibe ($99, 1 hour) — the on-ramp. No hardware, no prior knowledge. For the curious newcomer who wants to see what it’s actually like.
• Learn ($299, 2 hours) — a real skill. For working professionals looking to take one concrete technique back to Monday.
• Build ($999 or $399, 4 hours) — a working AI tool, produced in an afternoon. Laptop optional; the $999 option sends them home with a Mac Mini.
• Ship ($4,999 / pair, 5 days) — the deep program. For two people who want to produce a real working system together, on hardware they keep.

Price range: $99 drop-in to $4,999 for a pair. Every attendee leaves with the public materials from every tier they witnessed, regardless of the tier they paid for.

• A venue — 20-seat classroom or similar flex space, one week.
• Local promotion — chamber list, regional press, community channels. Your reach into the people this week is actually for.
• A community partner — one local face we work alongside for the week. They help us land culturally; we handle the instruction.
• Basic hospitality — coffee during sessions, a safe place to stage hardware.
